1.1. This Policy defines how personal data of Users of the lingvino.online web application (the Platform) is processed and protected.
1.2. Lingvino processes personal data of Platform Users in accordance with this Policy (the Operator).
1.3. This Policy describes how Lingvino processes personal data of Platform Users and the measures taken to protect it.
1.4. Account registration, use of the Platform, and certain features (notifications, analytics) may require the User’s consent to personal data processing. Without data necessary to conclude and perform the agreement, access to relevant features may be limited.
2.1. For tutors we may process: name, surname, email, phone number (if provided), profile photo, service description, schedule, subscription payment data (transaction identifiers, payment status — without full card details on the Operator’s side), uploaded lesson materials, support correspondence, technical logs (IP address, device type, cookies).
2.2. For students we may process: name, email, parent/guardian details (for minors), lesson schedule, materials provided by the tutor, technical logs.
2.3. The Platform may collect cookies, session identifiers, page views, and in-product events as described in the Cookie Policy.
2.4. Video and audio in lesson rooms use WebRTC (peer-to-peer / relay). The Operator does not perform persistent server-side recording of lessons unless explicitly agreed with the User and enabled in the product.

4.3. Payment acceptance may use payment services (e.g. bePaid, WebPay). The Operator receives transaction status and identifiers; card details are processed by the payment provider.

5.1. Data subjects may obtain information about processing, request rectification, blocking, or erasure, and withdraw consent as provided by applicable regulations and this Policy.
