Accounts, billing, lesson delivery, and dispute handling follow the final published agreement at checkout and in-product notices. When those differ from this draft, the newer in-product or checkout terms control for paying customers.

We may update this page as the product and regions evolve. Continued use after a material change may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law—your counsel should review before you rely on this text.

This draft explains, at a high level, categories of data Lingvino may process to run accounts, lessons, analytics, and support. It is not an exhaustive data processing agreement.

Parents and guardians should create and control accounts for minors where applicable. Third-party processors (hosting, email, analytics) may change; the binding register will be listed in the final policy.

Exercise of rights (access, erasure, portability) will be described in the final text with contact channels and timelines. Until then, use the contact page for privacy questions.

This draft covers cookies and similar storage on the marketing site and authenticated product areas used to keep sessions, remember preferences, and measure basic usage.

Analytics and marketing tags load only according to the deployment configuration (for example GTM where enabled). You can control cookies in the browser; some features may not work without necessary cookies.
