Lingvino is designed for supervised online learning. We describe scheduling, communication, and classroom tools so you can align use of the platform with your household rules and age-appropriate expectations.

Tutor verification & profile quality
We combine account security with tutor-provided profile information. The availability of extra checks (such as documents, references, or certificates) depends on product configuration in your region and launch phase.
We do not claim manual review of every profile line before publication. User reports help us act on misleading profiles or unsafe conduct.
Conduct & classroom expectations
Lessons should stay focused on learning. Harassment, discrimination, grooming, or sharing illegal or harmful material is not allowed and may lead to account restrictions or removal.
Tutors and families set scheduling and communication norms (including whether a parent joins a session). Use in-product tools and agreed channels consistently.
Personal data & minors
We process account and usage data to run the service, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Where minors use the platform, a parent or guardian should own billing and account decisions unless your local law says otherwise.

Complaints & safety reports
If you see unsafe behaviour, a misleading tutor profile, or a technical issue that affects safety, reach us via the contact page with as much detail as you can share.
We triage safety-related reports with priority. We cannot guarantee outcomes for every dispute between private tutors and families, but we can apply platform rules and cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.
