Agreement for provision of access to the lingvino.online web application

1. General provisions

1.1. This document sets the public terms for access to the lingvino.online software (the Platform).

1.2. The Provider is the Lingvino platform, which grants access to the Platform under this offer (the Provider).

1.3. Acceptance occurs upon account registration, subscription payment (for tutors), or actual use of the Platform after publication of this offer.

1.4. The Customer is a capable individual or authorized representative of a legal entity that accepts these terms (the Customer).

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive right to access Platform features (SaaS) for online teaching: scheduling, virtual rooms, lesson tools, and related services within the selected plan.

2.2. The Provider is not an educational institution and does not guarantee learning outcomes; tutor–student relationships are governed between the parties themselves.

3. Registration and account

3.1. Access requires registration with accurate data. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding credentials.

3.2. The Provider may suspend or delete an account for breach of this offer, applicable law, or threats to Platform security.

4. Subscription and payment (tutors)

4.1. Extended tutor features are provided under a paid subscription. Price, billing period, and plan contents are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

4.2. Payment is made in advance for the billing period (month or other stated period). Subscriptions may renew automatically (recurring billing) unless the Customer disables auto-renewal before the charge date.

4.3. Payment confirmation documents are provided as required by applicable law.

5. Student access

5.1. Basic student access is provided free of charge within the scope defined by the Provider at the time of use.

5.2. Separate payment for lessons to a tutor (if applicable) is made between student and tutor outside this offer unless the product states otherwise.

6. Rights and obligations

6.1. The Customer must use the Platform lawfully, respect third-party rights, and not distribute harmful content.

6.2. The Provider will maintain reasonable Platform availability except for planned maintenance and force majeure.

6.3. The Provider may change features and perform technical work with advance notice where feasible.

7. Liability and limitations

7.1. The Platform is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for connectivity failures, third-party actions, or user-generated content.

7.2. The Provider’s aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the Customer for subscription in the last 3 (three) months unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Refunds, term, and amendments

8.1. Paid subscription periods are non-refundable except where expressly required by applicable law.

8.2. This agreement is effective from acceptance until account deletion or access termination.

8.3. The Provider may amend this offer. A new version takes effect on publication on the unless a later date is stated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

8.4. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law.
